DEMYSTIFIED ART OF TECHNICAL WRITING

The occupation of a technical writer, sometimes referred to as a technical author in British English, has always been shrouded in a kind of mystery. With the passage of time, the position of a technical writer (TW) became almost indispensable to almost any company dealing with creation of documents that detail the use of software programs. In this article, I will describe the first principles of technical writing, as well as hints and tips that might give a boost to the documents you create.
